Butter Buds Baked Fish

2 lb fish fillets
2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon hot tap water
1 pkg butter buds
1 single pepper
1 single paprika

Arrange fish fillets on a baking sheet. Brush fish with lemon juice. Sprinkle 1/2 of the butter buds packet evenly on fish. Top with pepper and paprika to taste. Bake at 375 degrees, 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Dissolve remaining butter buds in hot water and pour over fish. Per serving: calories 111, cholesterol .076 G.
