Butter Buds Basic White Sauce

1 pkg butter buds
3 tablespoon flour
2 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Makes about 2 cups. Use for creamed chicken, tuna, chipped beef, or any other dish that calls for white sauce. 2 tablespoons equals a serving. Per serving: calories 24, cholesterol .0008 G.
