BB: BARBICUED TURKEY CUTLETS

2 lb turkey cutlets, skinless
1 tablespoon liquid butter buds
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon sugar, or:
1 pkg sweet and low
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup red wine

Cut turkey cutlets into 2 inch cubes. Brown in a nonstick skillet that has been sprayed with pam. Remove turkey and place in a large casserole dish. Heat butter buds in skillet, add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil, and pour over turkey chunks. Cover and bake at 300 degrees, 40-50 minutes, or until turkey shreads when probed with a fork. Serve over steamed rice, or as sandwiches on toasted buns.
