Butter Buds Clam Sauce For Pasta

1 pkg butter buds
1/2 cup hot tap water
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1 can minced clams, 6 1/2oz
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Drain clams. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Heat to simmering. Remove from heat. 5 oz equals a serving. Per serving: calories 125, cholesterol .08 G.
