Cabbage Salad

1/2 each half small cabbage
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Shred cabbage, add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, onion, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to blend. Store in refrigerator, 1 hour before serving.
Yield: 6 servings
