Cheddar Baked Potato Slices

cheese/eggs, vegetables

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 each medium baking potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine soup, paprika and pepper in a small bowl. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. (This should be about 4 cups of potatoes.) In greased 2 quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese and spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degress for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Serves 6.
