Cheesy Lemon Mold

cheese/eggs, fruits, salads, vegetables

1 pkg lemon jello, 3 oz
1 cup boiling water
1 can frozen orange juice, 6 oz
1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz
1 cup coconut
1 cup grated carrot
1 can big crushed pineapple

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in thawed orange juice. Beat cream cheese until smoothe and gradually add to gelatin mixture. Stir in coconut, carrot and undrained pineapple. Chill until set.

Yield: 12 servings
