CHEESY VEGETABLE CHOWDER: (Cooked Chicken Mix)

2 cup chicken broth
1 each carrot, grated
1 each rib celery, chopped
1 each onion, chopped
3 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cup milk
5 oz jar, cheese spread
2 oz cheddar cheese, cubed

In sauce pan heat chicken broth to boiling. Add carrots, cellery, and onion. Cook covered, 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Blend in flour. Ad milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbley. Cook and stir 1 or 2 additional minutes. Add cheese spread. Cook and stir over low heat, until cheese melts. Add chicken broth and vegetables. Heat through. To serve, devide 1/2 inch cheese cubes among four bowls. Ladle soup over cheese cubes in bowls.

Yield: 4 servings
