CHICKEN AND NOODLE STEW: (Cooked Chicken Mix)

2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
2 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup evaporated milk, small can
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup peminto, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup cold water
6 oz noodles, 3 cups

In 4 quart cooking pot, place cooked chicken and broth. Add evaporated milk. Cook covered, over medium heat, 15-20 minutes or till bubbley. Add celery, onion, peminto, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Bring to boil. Add noodles slowly, to boiling broth. Boil uncovered, 10-15 minutes. Blend flour and cold water. Stir into boiling stew. Cook stirring constantly, till chicken stew is thickened and bubbley.

Yield: 6 servings
