BB: BASIC TUNA SALAD

1 can tuna, 12oz
1/2 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
6 each hard boiled egg whites only
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup chopped celery

Discard egg yolks and chop egg whites. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill. Serve on sandwiches, or stuffed in a tomato. Per serving: fat 0.4 G, cholesterol 27 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 100, 4 percent calories from fat, protein 15 G, carbohydrate 9 G, sodium 740 MG.
