CHICKEN DIVAN CASSEROLE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1 each head fresh broccoli
3/4 cup creamy sauce mix
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steam fresh broccoli until tender, about 10 minutes; chop. Place in 9-13 inch baking dish. In saucepan, combine creamy sauce mix, chicken bouillon, and nutmeg. Stir in water. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour half of sauce mixture over broccoli in dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese. Top with chicken and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with another 1/3 of cheese. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees, till heated through; about 20 minutes. Place whipping cream in small mixing bowl. Whip just till soft peaks form. Fold in mayonnaise. Spread over all. Top with remaining 13 of cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 4 inches from heat till golden; about 2 minutes.
