Chicken Skillet

2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts
1 cup water
1 pkg vegetable soup mix
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg cooked noodles, 8oz

Place butter in a large skillet and melt over medium heat. Add chicken, (about 4 breasts), and brown for about 5 minutes, turning once. Stir water, soup mix, and dill weed into skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer, 10 minutes. Put chicken on a serving platter. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Spoon sauce over chicken on platter. Serve with noodles.

Yield: 4 servings
