CHILI MEAT BALL SUPPER (Meat Ball Mix)

1 each onion, chopped
1/2 each green pepper, chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes, 16oz
1 can red kidney beans, 16oz
1 can corn, 8 3/4oz
1 cup italian sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 each bay leaf
24 each meat balls
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 4oz

In saucepan combine onion, green pepper, tomatoes, drained kidney beans, undrained corn, Italian Sauce (or tomato sauce), salt, chili powder, and bay leaf. Bring to boiling. Add meat balls. Cover, simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Ladle hot chili into bowls. Serve shreaded cheddar cheese and crushed corn chips to sprinkle atop individual servings of chili.

Yield: 6 servings
