Chip Dip

appetizers, cheese/eggs, vegetables

1 each green pepper, seeded
1 each onion, peeled
1 each cucumber, unpeeled
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 each 8 oz pk cream cheese

Combine small amounts of chopped vegetables in blender and blend until they are liquified. Pour juice in to bowl. Return one cup of juice to blender. Combine with 3 8 oz pk cream cheese. If a ranch dip is desired combine vegetable juice with 1 pk ranch dressing, 2 8 oz pk cream cheese, and 2 T mayonnaise. An additional 1/3 cup vegetable juice may be used if desired. Chill.

Yield: 12 servings
