Chocolate Coconut Fudge

1 pkg chocolate chips, 6oz
1/2 each stick butter
3 tablespoon warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup powdered sugar, 1 box
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut
In top of double boiler, melt together, 1 cup, (6oz), simisweet chocolate chips, and butter. Add water and vanilla. Place powdered sugar into large mixing bowl. Add salt and coconut. Stir chocolate mixture into dry ingredients, and mix well. Press fudge into a 9 inch square pan, which has been slightly greased. Chil in refrigerator until fudge is firm. Yeilds, 1 1/2 pounds.
