Chocolate Eclairs

1 each stick butter
1 cup boiling water
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 each eggs
2/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cup milk
2 each eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon vanilla

Melt butter in boiling water. Add flour and salt. Cook and stir constantly until mixture forms into a ball that does not separate. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add eggs, 1 at a time, kneading until smooth. Drop by heaping tablespoons full on to lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees, 30 minuts or until eclair shells sound hollow when tapped. Remove from oven and set aside. In sauce pan combine sugar, flour, water and milk. Mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Add small amount of mixture to beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture in to pan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Fill eclairs and top with chocolate frosting.
