Chocolate Fudge Sauce

1 pkg simisweet chocolate chips6oz
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1 can evaporated milk, 5oz

In saucepan, combine 6 ounces, (or 1 cup), chocolate chips, and light corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat till chocolate melts. Remove from heat, and cool. Gradually stir in one small can, evaporated milk. Cool. Refrigerate for later use. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Yield: 6 servings
