Chocolate Lover's Cheese Cake

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 each stick butter
3 pkg cream cheese softened, 8oz
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream, (8oz)
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tablespoon flour
3 each eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoon shortening

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly coat 9 inch spring form pan with cooking spray. In small bowl combine 1 cup of chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/2 stick butter. Press crumb mixture on bottom of prepared spring form pan, and set aside. Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla, and beat well. Beat in cocoa, flour, and eggs. Beat mixture just until blended, then pour into prepared chocolate crumb crust. Bake, 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees, and continue baking 40 minutes. Meanwhile, to prepare chocolate topping, melt together 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons SHORTENING, not butter, margarine, or oil. Set aside for later use. When cake is done, remove pan from oven and place on wire rack. With knife, loosen cake from sides of pan. Cool completely, and remove sides of pan. Drizzle with prepared chocolate topping, cover, and refrigerate several hours.
