Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Bars

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 each stick butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup rice crispies
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoon butter

In large bowl, combine peanut butter, 1 stick butter, and powdered sugar. Using electric mixer, beat on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Stir in Rice Crispies. Pat mixture into bottom of 9-13 inch pan, and refrigerate until cool. In small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir constantly over low heat, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over rice cripsy mixture. Chill until firm, then cut into bars.

Yield: 24 servings
