Chocolate Truffles

12 oz package chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup chopped nuts
2 hours before serving or up to 1 week ahead, in double boiler, melt chocolate. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and salt until well mixed. Refrigerate until cooled and easy to shape in to balls, about 1 hour. With buttered hands shape in to 1 inch balls. Roll balls in cocoa and chopped nuts. Store in cool place. Makes 3 dozen.
