CHRISPY BAKED CHICKEN: (Herb Stuffing Mix)

1 each frying chicken, cut up
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup herb stuffing mix, crushed
Brush chicken pieces with milk. Pat crushed herb stuffing mix onto each piece. Shake off excess crumbs. Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in lightly greased, 15-10 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees, 1 hour, or till chicken tests done.
Yield: 4 servings
