Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 1/4 cup water
1 cup raisins
3 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon brown sugar
4 1/4 cup bread flour
2 tablespoon dry milk
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon active dry yeast

To make this recipe use basic cycle of bread maker. Soak raisins in 1 cup water, wine, or other liquid before baking if desired, to ensure plump raisins. Before adding to recipe, pat raisins dry with paper towels and dust with flour to prevent clumping. Add raisins to recipe with liquid ingredients. Makes 1 2 pound loaf.
