Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

2 tablespoon water
1 each egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 lb pecan halves

Combine nuts with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Fold in pecans. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Check often after 30 minutes.

Yield: 12 servings
