Coffee Ice Cream Flip

1 1/4 cup cold, strong, coffee
3 each scoops coffee ice cream
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon rum

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend, 20 seconds. Pour into 8 ounce glasses and serve.

Yield: 3 servings
