BB: CALICO COLE SLAW

3 cup chopped cabbage
1/4 cup minced onion
2/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar, or:
1 1/2 pkg sweet and low
3 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon light salt
1 teaspoon celery seed

Stir all of the ingredients together and chill for at least 1 hour. The longer it chills, the better the flavor. Per serving, all sugar: fat 0.1 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 33, 3 percent calories from fat, protein 1 G, carbohydrate 8 G, sodium 202 MG. Per serving, 1/2 half sweet and low: calories 28, carbohydrate 7 G.
