CORN BURGER WHEELS: (Ground Meat Mix)

1 1/3 cup hearty wheat master mix
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 each egg, beaten
2 cup ground meat mix
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon ketchup
1 can corn with peppers, 7oz

In mixing bowl, stir together Hearty Wheat Master Mix and 1/2 cup milk, just till dough follows fork around bowl. On lightly floured pastry board, knead dough 10-12 times. Roll dough into a 12-8 inch rectangle. Stir egg, and 1/2 cup sour cream into ground meat mixture. Spread meat mixture evenly over dough. Roll up jelly roll style, beginning at long side, and seal. Cut into 8 1 1/2 inch pinwheels. Arrange pinwheels, in 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees, 25 minutes, or until brown. To make sauce, in a small saucepan, combine remaining 1/2 cup sour cream, and flour. Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, and ketchup. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Stir in drained corn, and heat through. To serve, place 2 pinwheels on each serving plate and pour sauce over pinwheels.
