Cottage Potato Salad
cheese/eggs, salads, vegetables
2 cup cooked potatoes, cubed
2 each hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon italian dressing
2 cup creamy cottage cheese
1 cup cellery, chopped
3 tablespoon green onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, and chopped eggs. Combine sour cream, and Italian dressing, pour over potato mixture, and mix thoroughly. Combine cottage cheese, chopped cellery, chopped green onion, and salt. Toss with potato mixture. Chill.
Yield: 8 servings
