Crab Bites

1/2 lb crab
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon a 1 sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cup fried rice
1 each egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Blend crab, cream cheese, A1 sauce, and garlic powder thoroughly. Add fried rice and mix well. Form crab mixture in to balls and dip in beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry and place on warm platter.
Yield: 48 servings
