Cranapple Pie

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cup apples, peeled, sliced
2 cup fresh cranberries
2 tablespoon butter
2 each pie crusts, 9 inch

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add sliced apples and chopped cranberries, and mix thoroughly. Turn into pastry lined pie plate, and dot with butter. Cover with top crust, and cut slits in crust to allow steam to vent. Seal and flute edges. Bake 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield: 8 servings
