Cranberry Apple Relish

fruits, relishes

2 pkg cranberries
2 each apples
1/2 cup orange juice
16 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 3/4 cup sugar

Wash and crush cranberries. Core and dice apples, do not peel. Mix sugar and cranberries. Add other ingredients. Refrigerate over night.

Yield: 16 servings
