Cranberry Bread Pudding

6 cup whole wheat bread cubes
1 cup fresh cranberries
2 cup cranraspberry drink
1 cup cream
1 each stick butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Toast bread cubes and pack into cup when measuring the 6 cups. Pour bread cubes into prepared pan, and set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil gently, just until the cranberries begin to pop. Pour cranberry mixture over bread cubes. Let sit 15 minutes. Bake pudding for 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, vanilla sauce, or whipped cream.

Yield: 10 servings
