Cranberry Grilling Sauce

1 each sauce base, using:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce 16oz
1 pkg appricot jam, 10oz
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 each sauce seasoning, choosing:
1/4 teaspoon cayeen pepper, or:
1 tablespoon diced japileno peppers, or:
3 tablespoon onion, chopped.

Combine sauce base ingredients with your choice of only one of the seasonings, in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Wisk vigorously and frequently, and reduce heat to a low boil. Simmer 10 minutes, wisking occasionally. Cool to room temperature, or chill until needed. Use for poultry, pork, and beef. Makes about 2 cups.
