Cranberry Maple Poultry Glaze

1 can jellied cranberry sauce, 8oz
1/4 cup maple syrup

Combine both ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat just until sauce is smooth, wisking frequently. Liberally brush on turkey or chicken, during cooking. Makes about 1 cup.

Yield: 10 servings
