Cranberry Mustard

fruits, condiments

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dejong mustard
3/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup molasses

Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Use as a glaze on chicken or turkey, or as a sandwich spread. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
