Cranberry Orange Syrup

1 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
Combine corn syrup, thawed orange juice concentrate, and canned cranberry sauce in a medium sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes with out stirring. Watch carefully to prevent syrup from foaming over top of pan. Remove from heat. Chill to thicken. Serve at room temperature, or warm. Serve over pan cakes or french toast.
Yield: 4 servings
