Cranberry Relish

relishes

12 oz fresh cranberries
1 each orange
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Grind cranberries in food processer or grinder. Cut orange into eighths andremove seeds. Do not peel. Grind and add to cranberries. Add sugar and slivered almonds. Mix thoroughly. Chill 2 hours before serving.

Yield: 12 servings
