BB: CHEESY GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

5 lb fresh green beans
4 teaspoon liquid butter buds
4 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon light salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon sugar, or:
1 pkg sweet and low
2 cup nonfat sour cream
1 each onion, grated
1 cup nonfat cheddar cheese
1 cup nonfat motzarella cheese
1 cup corn flakes, crushed

Cook and drain green beans. Combine liquid butter buds, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar over low heat, in a medium sauce pan. Stir in sour cream and grated onion. Stir green beans into sauce. Layer green beans and sauce into a 9-13 inch pammed glass baking dish. Sprinkle part of both cheeses over green bean mixture. Repeat layers ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 20-30 minutes. Per serving all sugar: fat 0.3 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 4 G, calorries 133, 2 percent from fat, protein 9 G, carbohydrate 19 G, sodium 160 MG. Per serving one half sweet and low: calorries 131, carbohydrate 18 G.
