Cranberry Sweet And Sour Sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
3/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
Combine brown sugar and corn starch in a medium sauce pan. Add canned whole cranberry sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Serve as a sauce for chicken or pork. Makes about 2 cups.
