Cranberry Vinegar

1 cup vinegar
1 cup fresh cranberries
Combine ingredients in a small sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and boil gently until the cranberries pop. Pour into a glass or plastic container. Cover, and let sit at room temperature for 3 days. Strain vinegar into a decorative glass bottle. For a clearer vinegar, strain through a cheese cloth lined strainer when pouring into bottle. Makes 1 cup.
