Cranberry Vinegarrette

fruits, salads, condiments, sauces

1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cardimom
1/2 cup salad oil

Place all ingredients, accept oil, in a blender. Blend for 10 seconds on high speed. Remove cap from center of lid on blender. With blender still running, slowly, add oil to blender through opening in lid. Makes 1 cup.

Yield: 8 servings
