BB: CHERRY CHEESE CAKE DELIGHT

1 each crust:
2 cup crushed sw cinn graham snack
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 pkg sweet and low
4 tablespoon butter buds
1 each filling:
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
3 pkg sweet and low
2 each egg beaters
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon flour
1 each topping:
1 can cherry pie filling lite
1 pkg sweet and low
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup coolwhip lite
2 tablespoon grape nuts

In small bowl thoroughly combine crushed Snackwell fat free cinnamon graham snacks, (about 1 1/2 boxes), and liquid butter buds. Press into bottom of greased 10-9 glass baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, Sweet And Low, 1/2 cup Egg Beaters, vanilla, and flour. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees, 20-30 minutes. Cool. Spread cherry pie filling atop baked filling. Top with coolwhip, and sprinkle grape nuts on top. (Per serving: calories 63, carbohydrates 13 G.
