Cream Cheese Vanilla Frosting

16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 each sticks butter, softened
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

In large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar and beat until frosting is smooth. Use to frost Humming Bird Cake.

Yield: 12 servings
