CREAMED CHICKEN WITH STYLE: (Creamy Sauce Mix)

1 1/2 cup cooked chicken
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup water
1 cup creamy sauce mix
1 1/2 cup cold water
2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 each english muffins

In saucepan, heat cooked chicken, onion, and 1/4 cup water, over medium heat, 10-12 minutes, or till chicken is heated through. Stir occasionally. In small bowl, combine creamy sauce mix, and 1 1/2 cups cold water. Add to saucepan, along with chicken bouillon granules. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Add celery. Heat through. Season to taste with pepper. Spoon over toasted English muffin halves. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.

Yield: 6 servings
