Crusty Rye Bread

1 1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon caroway seeds, plus
1 teaspoon caroway seeds
2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 cup bread flour
1 3/4 cup rye flour
3 tablespoon dry milk
2 teaspoon active dry yeast

To make this recipe use whole wheat cycle of bread maker. Makes 1 2 pound loaf.

Yield: 12 servings
