Cucumber Lemon Sauce

2 each cucumbers, sliced
1/2 each lemon, juice only
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute. For a creamyer consistency, add 1/2 cup sour cream to blender, then pulse just enough to mix. This sauce is good with fish.
Yield: 8 servings
