Culiflower Tuna Bake

1 each head culiflower, steamed
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoon butter
2 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushrooms drained 4oz
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
2 can tuna drained 6oz

Place culiflower in steamer and steam 10-15 minutes, or till tender crisp. Cut into bite sized pieces. In large saucepan, cook onion in butter. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, mushrooms, milk, parsley, worcestershire sauce, and red pepper. Fold in culiflower and tuna. Spoon mixture into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

Yield: 8 servings
