Curried Cranberry Chicken Salad

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 each apple, peeled, diced
3/4 cup craisins
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
2 tablespoon green onion, chopped
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder, in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Best prepared and served within 8 hours. Makes 5 cups.
Yield: 10 servings
