Deviled Eggs

8 each hard boiled eggs
4 each slices bacon crumbled
4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Cut hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove egg yolks from whites. Arrange whites on egg plate. Sieve yolks and combine with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refill egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon or paprika, if desired.
Yield: 16 servings
