BB: CHICKEN CATCHITORY

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup tomato sauce
1 can italian tomatoes, 16oz
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 each bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon light salt
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1 each onion, chopped
4 each chicken breasts, chopped
2 tablespoon liquid butter buds

Heat liquid butter buds in a nonstick skillet and brown chicken, onion, and garlic. Add all other ingredients accept mushrooms. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 10 minutes more. Remove chicken from pan, and boil down sauce until slightly thickened. Serve over cooked pasta. Per serving: fat 3.5 G, cholesterol 73 MG, fiber 3 G, calorries 217 15 percent from fat, protein 30 G, carbohydrate 17 G, sodium 676 MG.
