DOUBLE DECKER TOSTADO LUNCH: (Ground Meat Mix)

2 cup ground meat mix
1/4 cup water
8 each tostado shells, 5 inch
1 can refried beans, 16oz
1 cup cheddar cheese grated, 4oz
2 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 single lettuce
1 single sour cream

Place ground meat mix and water in saucepan. Cover and cook over low heat, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, breaking up meat with fork. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Drain off liquid. Meanwhile, spread one side of each tostado shell with refried beans. Set aside. Combine grated cheese and taco seasoning mix, in mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly. To assemble tostado, place 1 shell, bean side up, on individual serving plates. Layer, 1/4 meat mixture, some shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons cheese mixture, and some sour cream, over bean layer of each tostado. Place second tostado, bean side up, atop. . Repeat, meat, lettuce. cheese, and sour cream layers.
